Stratford Police Release More Details On Car Crash That Injured Four

STRATFORD, Conn. — Stratford police released more details of a crash Friday afternoon when a motor vehicle struck a parked car on Stratford Avenue.

Four people were hurt in the crash — and one person sustained with life-threatening injuries, Stratford police said Tuesday. Earlier police reports said three people were injured in the crash.  

Police identified the occupants of the car and their conditions: 

  • The driver, Bryan Dhati of Stratford, sustained non-life-threatening injuries;
  • Passenger Charles Bonilla of Stratford sustained non-life-threatening injuries;
  • Passenger Stanley Augustine of Stratford sustained non-life-threatening injuries; and
  • Passenger Kameron Bonilla of Stratford sustained life-threatening injuries.

Their car was traveling west on Stratford Avenue and hit a parked car near Eleanor Street at about 1:15 p.m. Friday, police said.

The four occupants of the moving vehicle suffered injuries and were transported to a local hospital for treatment.

The investigation was ongoing Tuesday, Stratford police said.
